We fear for the future. We fear for the darkness. We fear for everything. Fear is suffering and we are suffering because of the fear we have in our minds. Fear shows that we have no love in our hearts. We have to realize this fear is an illusion.<br /><br />Our ego makes us fear for everything and obstruct our forward journey. Fear does not exist. Only love is exist. Fear is like darkness. Love is like light. Go for the light and light lamp of love in your heart. Darkness fades away.<br /><br />Develop love in your heart. In order to develop love in your heart, you must not have judgments over the people or situations. This is the equanimity. When we are developing equanimity towards all beings, you can love every situation or everyone unconditionally. Unconditional love does not expect anything in return.
